Returns
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt, unless otherwise stated. Send the completed returns form together with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own. Request your returns form via our customer service.
Refunds
Once the product has been received, the product will be exchanged as quickly as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still haven't received a refund, please contact our customer service team.
Conditions
- You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights and care products are not covered by Gaaf Amsterdam's return policy due to hygiene. These products cannot be returned and will not be processed.
- Provide the return with a track and trace code (own costs)
- Email a photo of the track and trace code on the day of shipment
- The returns form must be printed out in the package
- The product must be sent in unused condition
- The product must be delivered in the original packaging
- The product is checked for damage caused by the customer, so sending a damaged product due to your own actions will therefore not be processed.
